Authentication

Logging In

1. Open your web browser and navigate to the system URL provided by your administrator
2. You will see the login page
3. Enter your Email address
4. Enter your Password
5. Click the Sign in button

If your credentials are correct, you will be taken to the Dashboard.

Session Behavior

• Your session will remain active while you are using the system
• If you are inactive for an extended period, you may be automatically logged out for security
• If logged out, simply log in again

Logging Out

1. Click on your profile icon or name in the top-right corner
2. Click Log out
3. You will be returned to the login page

Troubleshooting Login Issues

”Invalid credentials” Error

• Double-check your email address for typos
• Ensure Caps Lock is not enabled
• Contact your administrator if you’ve forgotten your password

Session Expired

• Log in again with your credentials
• This is normal security behavior after periods of inactivity

Cannot Access System

• Verify you have an account in the system
• Contact your administrator if you need access
• Make sure you’re using the correct system URL
