Dashboard
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Dashboard is your home screen with customizable widgets. You can arrange and configure the dashboard yourself to show the information most relevant to your role.
When you log in, the Dashboard is the first screen you see. It provides an at-a-glance view of important information and metrics.
Available Widgets
Section titled “Available Widgets”Harvest Discrepancy Overview
Section titled “Harvest Discrepancy Overview”Purpose: Shows transactions that need attention - transactions that don’t match your harvest day setup.
Why It’s Important: This is the most important widget to check regularly! It helps you identify and fix data issues quickly.
What It Shows:
- Count of transactions with discrepancies
- Breakdown by discrepancy type
- Quick access to fix issues
When to Check: Throughout the day, especially after harvest operations begin.
Rooms with Active Transactions
Section titled “Rooms with Active Transactions”Purpose: Shows which rooms currently have active harvest operations.
What It Shows:
- List of rooms with recent transactions
- Activity status
- Quick access to room details
When to Check: During harvest operations to monitor activity.
Weight by Room
Section titled “Weight by Room”Purpose: Chart showing harvest weights per room.
What It Shows:
- Visual chart of weights by room
- Comparison across different rooms
- Trends over time
When to Check: To compare room performance and identify trends.
Weight by Terminal
Section titled “Weight by Terminal”Purpose: Chart showing weights recorded by each terminal device.
What It Shows:
- Visual chart of weights by terminal
- Terminal performance comparison
- Distribution of harvest across terminals
When to Check: To monitor terminal usage and identify any terminal-specific issues.
Top/Bottom Pickers
Section titled “Top/Bottom Pickers”Purpose: Performance charts showing best and worst performing pickers.
What It Shows:
- Top performing pickers (by weight or count)
- Bottom performing pickers
- Performance metrics
When to Check: To monitor picker performance and identify training needs.
Customizing Your Dashboard
Section titled “Customizing Your Dashboard”Arranging Widgets
Section titled “Arranging Widgets”- Click and drag widgets to rearrange them
- Position the most important widgets at the top
- Group related widgets together
Showing and Hiding Widgets
Section titled “Showing and Hiding Widgets”- Use widget controls to show or hide specific widgets
- Hide widgets you don’t need to reduce clutter
- Show widgets relevant to your role
Resizing Widgets
Section titled “Resizing Widgets”- Some widgets can be resized
- Make important widgets larger for better visibility
- Adjust sizes based on your screen and preferences
Dashboard Best Practices

- Harvest Discrepancy Overview (most important)
- Rooms with Active Transactions
- Top/Bottom Pickers
Focus: Monitoring daily operations and picker performance.
For Operations Managers
Section titled “For Operations Managers”Recommended Widgets:
- Harvest Discrepancy Overview (most important)
- Weight by Room
- Weight by Terminal
- Rooms with Active Transactions
Focus: Overall operations monitoring and performance analysis.
For Data Managers
Section titled “For Data Managers”Recommended Widgets:
- Customize based on your specific needs
- Focus on data-related metrics if available
Focus: Data quality and system health.
Understanding Widget Data
Section titled “Understanding Widget Data”Real-Time Updates
Section titled “Real-Time Updates”- Most widgets update automatically as new data comes in
- Refresh the page if data seems outdated
- Some widgets may have a slight delay for data processing
Data Ranges
Section titled “Data Ranges”- Widgets typically show data for the current day or recent period
- Check widget settings to see the date range
- Some widgets allow you to adjust the time period
Interpreting Charts
Section titled “Interpreting Charts”- Hover over chart elements to see detailed values
- Compare trends over time
- Look for patterns or anomalies
Troubleshooting Dashboard Issues
Section titled “Troubleshooting Dashboard Issues”Widgets Not Loading
Section titled “Widgets Not Loading”- Refresh the page
- Check your internet connection
- Some widgets may take time to load if there’s a lot of data
Widgets Showing Incorrect Data
Section titled “Widgets Showing Incorrect Data”- Verify the date range is correct
- Check that filters aren’t applied incorrectly
- Contact your administrator if data seems consistently wrong
Cannot Customize Dashboard
Section titled “Cannot Customize Dashboard”- Make sure you’re logged in
- Some customization features may require specific permissions
- Contact your administrator if you cannot customize widgets
Missing Expected Widgets
Section titled “Missing Expected Widgets”- Some widgets may only be available for certain roles
- Check with your administrator about available widgets
- Widgets may need to be enabled by administrators
Dashboard Looks Different
Section titled “Dashboard Looks Different”- Widgets can be customized per user
- Your view may differ from other users
- You can reset to default layout if needed
