Day Management Module Overview
What This Module Does
Section titled “What This Module Does”The Day Management Module helps farm operations track and manage daily harvest operations:
- Harvest Days - Daily harvest scheduling and tracking
- Room Assignments - Assigning supervisors, rooms, and pickers to harvest days
- Room Pickers - Individual picker assignments and performance tracking
- Discrepancies - Identifying and correcting data mismatches
- Transactions - Harvest weight records from terminals
Key Monitoring Screen
Section titled “Key Monitoring Screen”Harvest Day Discrepancy Dashboard is one of the most important screens in the system. It helps you identify transactions that don’t match your harvest day setup, ensuring data accuracy. Check this screen regularly throughout the day to catch and correct issues early.
Module Features
Section titled “Module Features”Harvest Days
Section titled “Harvest Days”Create and manage harvest days to organize daily picking operations. Each harvest day represents a single day of harvest activity and serves as the foundation for room assignments and transaction tracking.
Room Assignments
Section titled “Room Assignments”Link harvest days to specific rooms with assigned supervisors and pickers. Room assignments define who is working where on each harvest day.
Room Pickers
Section titled “Room Pickers”Track individual picker assignments and performance. Monitor picker status, weights, and transaction counts for each room assignment.
Transactions
Section titled “Transactions”View and manage harvest weight records from terminals. Transactions are automatically recorded when pickers submit their harvest at weighing stations.
Discrepancy Management
Section titled “Discrepancy Management”Identify and correct transactions that don’t match your harvest day setup. The discrepancy dashboard helps you catch issues like wrong rooms, unassigned pickers, or supervisor mismatches.
Dashboard
Section titled “Dashboard”Customize your dashboard with widgets showing key metrics, active rooms, weight charts, and picker performance. See the Dashboard Guide for details on customizing your dashboard and understanding each widget.
