Sidebar Navigation
Section titled “Sidebar Navigation”The main navigation menu is in the left sidebar. Click on any menu item to navigate to that section.
Menu items are grouped by category:
- Dashboard - Your home screen with overview widgets
- Harvest - Harvest Days, Room Assignments, Room Pickers, Transactions
- Farm Management - Plantings, Flushes
- User Management - Users, Pickers (admin only)
- Data Management - Sites, Rooms, Products, Spawns, etc.
- Settings - System configuration (admin only)
What You Can See
Section titled “What You Can See”Your menu only shows items you have permission to access:

| Supervisor | Dashboard, Harvest section (Room Assignments limited to own assignments only) |

Breadcrumb Navigation
Section titled “Breadcrumb Navigation”At the top of each page, you’ll see a breadcrumb trail showing your location:
Dashboard > Harvest Days > CreateClick any item in the breadcrumb to navigate back to that section.
Understanding Menu Organization

Harvest Section
Section titled “Harvest Section”Daily harvest operations:
- Harvest Days - Create and view harvest days
- Room Assignments - Assign supervisors and rooms to harvest days
- Room Pickers - Manage picker assignments
- Transactions - View transaction records
Farm Management Section
Section titled “Farm Management Section”Crop lifecycle management:
- Plantings - Create and manage crop cultivation records
- Flushes - View and manage harvest cycles
Data Management Section
Section titled “Data Management Section”Master data configuration:
- Sites - Manage facility locations
- Rooms - Manage harvesting locations
- Products - Configure output product specifications
- Spawns - Manage seed/strain materials
User Management Section
Section titled “User Management Section”User and picker management (admin only):
- Users - Manage system users
- Pickers - Manage picker accounts
Settings Section
Section titled “Settings Section”System configuration (admin only):
- System settings and configuration options
Troubleshooting Navigation Issues
Section titled “Troubleshooting Navigation Issues”Cannot See Expected Menu Items
Section titled “Cannot See Expected Menu Items”- You may not have permission to access those features
- Contact your administrator to verify your role assignments
- Some menu items are only visible to specific user roles
Menu Items Not Loading
Section titled “Menu Items Not Loading”- Refresh the page
- Check your internet connection
- Contact your administrator if the issue persists
Breadcrumbs Not Showing
Section titled “Breadcrumbs Not Showing”- Breadcrumbs appear on most pages but may not be present on the Dashboard
- Use the sidebar navigation to return to previous sections
