Dashboard

The Dashboard is your home screen, providing an overview of harvest operations and key metrics. You can customize which widgets appear and how they’re arranged.

Who can do this: All users can customize their own dashboard layout

The dashboard is fully customizable - you can:

  • Show or hide widgets
  • Rearrange widget positions
  • Resize widgets (where applicable)
  1. Look for the layout configuration icon (typically in the top-right of the dashboard)
  2. Click to enter edit mode
  3. Drag and drop widgets to rearrange them
  4. Use widget controls to show/hide or resize
  5. Click Save or Done when finished

Your layout preferences are saved and will persist across sessions.

Purpose: Identifies transactions that don’t match your harvest day setup

What it shows:

  • Transactions with data mismatches (wrong room, picker not assigned, supervisor mismatch)
  • Color-coded badges (green = correct, red = discrepancy)
  • Filter by date range and specific rooms/pickers
  • Bulk correction actions

Why it matters: This is the most important widget for maintaining data quality. Check it regularly to catch issues early.

Actions:

  • Filter by date ranges (Today, Last week, Last month, etc.)
  • Select multiple transactions to fix at once
  • View detailed discrepancy reasons

Purpose: Shows which rooms currently have harvest activity

What it shows:

  • Room names
  • Number of transactions per room
  • Total weight picked in each room
  • List of active pickers and terminals

When to use: Monitor ongoing harvest operations throughout the day

Filters:

  • Date range selector
  • Filter by specific rooms

Purpose: Visual chart comparing harvest weights across rooms

What it shows:

  • Bar or pie chart showing weight distribution by room
  • Total weight for each room
  • Comparative view of room productivity

When to use: Quickly identify which rooms are producing the most harvest

Purpose: Visual chart showing weights recorded at each terminal

What it shows:

  • Bar or pie chart showing weight distribution by terminal
  • Total weight processed at each terminal
  • Terminal utilization comparison

When to use: Monitor terminal usage and identify bottlenecks

Purpose: Highlights the highest-performing pickers

What it shows:

  • Top 10 pickers by weight or transaction count
  • Bar chart showing their performance
  • Comparative rankings

When to use: Recognize high performers, identify productivity leaders

Purpose: Identifies pickers who may need support or training

What it shows:

  • Bottom 10 pickers by weight or transaction count
  • Bar chart showing their performance
  • Comparative rankings

When to use: Identify pickers who might need assistance, additional training, or different assignments

Recommended widgets:

  1. Harvest Discrepancy Overview (top priority)
  2. Rooms with Active Transactions (monitor your teams)
  3. Top/Bottom Pickers Charts (track picker performance)

  3. Weight by Terminal (resource utilization)
  4. Rooms with Active Transactions (operational status)

Widgets automatically refresh periodically to show current data. You can also:

  • Manually refresh by reloading the page
  • Some widgets have their own refresh buttons
  • Check that you’re on the Dashboard page
  • Verify your role has permission to view the dashboard
  • Try resetting your layout to default
  • Check date filters - widgets may be filtered to specific date ranges
  • Verify there are transactions for the selected period
  • Ensure harvest days and room assignments are configured
  • Ensure you’re not in view-only mode
  • Look for the edit/customize button on the dashboard
  • Contact your administrator if the feature is disabled
  1. Start Your Day: Check the Discrepancy Overview first thing each morning
  2. Monitor Progress: Keep Rooms with Active Transactions visible during harvest operations
  3. End of Day: Review discrepancies again and correct any issues before closing out
  4. Performance Reviews: Use the picker charts weekly to identify trends
  5. Keep It Simple: Don’t overload your dashboard - show only the widgets you actually use
